Escola Pelourinho Review
This restaurant, which opened in 1975, is a cooking school where new generations of Bahian chefs hone their skills under supervision of experienced teachers. More than 40 typical Bahian and Brazilian dishes are served buffet style in this old colonial house. It's regarded as one of the best restaurants in town. The bargain prices are an extra incentive.
