Merlin o Mago Review
The German chef and owner, Hado Steinbrecher, was a former photojournalist and food critic who studied in France and traveled through Asia, mainly in Thailand and India. The cuisine here is an interesting mixture of Brazilian, French, and Thai traditions. Entrées include grilled shrimp flambéed in cognac or snook wrapped in a crepe with yogurt and green pepper, topped with caviar.
