Long walks through the forest are one of the highlights of a stay at this country house. Opened in 1940 by members of a Hungarian family, the inn has a distinctly rustic feel. Rooms, some in knotty pine, aren't large, and the buffet-style restaurant is not luxurious, but it serves tasty European fare. The hotel holds gastronomic festivals that center on German and Hungarian cuisines.
