Museu do Homem do Nordeste

Museu do Homem do Nordeste Review

With three museums under one roof—one has displays about sugar, another anthropological exhibits, and the third regional handicrafts—the Museum of Northeastern Man offers great insight into Brazil's history. There are utensils made by indigenous peoples, European colonizers, and African slaves; religious articles used in Catholic and Candomblé rituals; and ceramic figurines by such artists as Mestre Vitalino and Mestre Zé.
