One block from the beach, this small hotel is a great value if you're willing to forgo a beachside location. Apart from the elevator, the three-story hotel seems more like a guesthouse. Rooms are thoughtfully decorated, well equipped, and comfortable. The small, stylish pool in front helps compensate for the lack of beach.
