This rotisserie restaurant prepares some of the best roasted chicken in Chile—a good thing, because it's the only item on the menu. The thatched-roof terrace is a great place to kick back after a long day of sightseeing.

    Best Chicken in the world

    Don Pollo has the best roasted chicken in the world, not just Chile. The fries are also as good as they get. I ate at Don Pollo's every chance I got and never tired of the papas fritas y pollo parilla. I've thought many times of going back to Chile just to eat at Don Pollo's.
