Part of the deluxe Panamericana Hoteles chain, this high-rise on the ocean comes with all the first-class luxuries, from an elegant bar to a lovely kidney-shape pool. The rooms, which have ample bathrooms and plenty of closet space, are comfortably furnished, and some have ocean views. Suites are considerably more expensive ($$$$). A semiprivate beach is just steps from the hotel's back door.
