Café Melissa
Café Melissa Review
Excellent espresso and mountainous burgers are the pride of this unpretentious café, which also serves pastries and cakes baked on the premises. In the heart of downtown, this is a popular meeting place for residents and visitors, and there's Internet access and decent Wi-Fi. You can impress the locals and stun fellow travelers by ordering a Fanschop—a mix of beer and Fanta that many Chileans apparently enjoy. The café stays open through the afternoon lull until 10 pm.
