In the heart of Barrio París-Londres stands this mansion-turned-hotel. (Despite the name, the grand facade looks more Venetian than Parisian.) Pass through the large lobby and you'll find a quaint courtyard garden. Rooms are old-fashioned and have just the basic furnishings. Those in the more comfortable half, which you reach by a winding, marble staircase, are more spacious, come with cable TV, and are just a few thousand pesos extra.
