Galindo
Galindo Review
Join artists and the young crowd of Bellavista for traditional Chilean food in an old adobe house. This restaurant goes back 60 years when it started life as a canteen for local workmen, and although it gets crowded, it's a great place to try pastel de choclo or a hearty cazuela, a typical meat and vegetable soup that is a meal in itself.
