Avenida Bernardo O'Higgins Review
A cedar-lined boulevard popular with joggers, skaters, and strolling couples, the Avenida Bernardo O'Higgins is a pleasant stretch of green. At its western tip is the Balneario Río Claro, where you can hire a boat to paddle down the river.
