Vivace Review
One of city's most popular restaurants has reopened in a spacious second floor in the heart of downtown Talca. The Italian menu includes the familiar, such as lasagna Bolognese, but also original entrées, such as conejo mediterraneo (rabbit with vegetables in a sherry sauce), congrío alla Carusso (conger eel, with pancetta, shrimp, and cream, grilled in olive oil) and lasagna de jaiba (a fusion of the Italian dish with tasty Chilean crab).
