A Fuego Lento Review
Open every day until the last customer leaves, all of the food at this lakeside restaurant, which includes a variety of beef, chicken, and seafood dishes, is well prepared under the careful guidance of one of Chile's top chefs, Richard Knobloch. Their best deal is the incredible 8,500-peso, all-you-can eat buffet, served Brazilian-style with the waiter bringing the dishes to the table. Buffet dishes include ceviche, several types of meats, salmon, hake fish, spicy mashed potatoes, and much more. It has a tasteful decor with unique, woven rugs on the walls and a view looking out over Lago Lllanquihue.
