Hilton Cartagena Review
Every spacious room at this modern hotel on the tip of the Bocagrande peninsula has a balcony facing the sea. They also have great views of the terrace and its leafy gardens and three pools. A path from the hotel leads to a private beach lined with palms, magnolias, and thatched oyster bars. A rolling refurbishing of all the hotel's rooms is going on at this writing, with the project to be completed in mid-2013.
