There's nothing Middle Eastern here; the moniker comes from the quirky 1988 German film of the same name. The two main things going for this café are the location on a balcony above the Plaza de Armas -- come during nonpeak hours to snag one of the six precious outdoor tables for the best view of the plaza -- and the delicious pizzas, baked in a clay oven. Music adds to the already lively mood many nights.
