If you want to watch the big game -- and in this country that can only mean one thing -- you couldn't do better than this neighborhood hangout. Soccer paraphernalia covers just about every square inch of the wood-paneled dining room. It's a pretty sedate place during the day, making it the perfect place for a lunch of typical dishes like ají de gallina (chicken in a spicy sauce). On game day things can get out of hand. If it gets too noisy inside, head outside to one of the tables facing Plaza San Martín.
