The impressive Museo Nacional Tumbas Reales de Sipán, which ranks among the country's best museums, displays the real artifacts from the tomb of the Lord of Sipán, one of the greatest archaeological finds of recent years. The stunning exhibits detail where every piece of jewelry, item of clothing, or ceramic vase was found. English-speaking guides are available to help with the Spanish-only descriptions and confusing order of exhibits. All bags, cameras, and cell phones must be checked before you can enter the museum.
