Fiesta Gourmet Review
In 1983 the Solis family began serving modern interpretations of comida norteña (typical food of northern Peru) out of their home. It quickly caught on and the restaurant outgrew the simple dining room expanding into an entire building as well as branches in Lima and Trujillo. Today Fiesta Gourmets are widely considered the go-to destinations for the cuisine of this region. Try the sumptuous cabrito (kid goat) and arroz con pato (duck with rice), as well as dozens of other local specialties and a long list of trendy pisco-based cocktails.
