Bouza Winery
Bouza Winery Review
Argentina and Chile grab all the attention in discussions of South American wines, but Uruguay counts some 15 wineries of its own. On the way back to Montevideo from Colonia, take a detour and stop by the Bouza Winery, one of the few open for daily visits. For a real treat (1,000 pesos), reserve a full sit-down dinner with samplings of wines to accompany each course.
