Fodors Auditor - Changed the Way Threads Appear?

Today... When I have clicked on a thread the whole page has refreshed - thus not been able to scroll through the menu effectively.

If selected my own log-in to catch up on any new postings on interesting threads - once thread selected, whole page refreshes and the "Thembi" or my log-on menu throws out to Africa & Middle East forum.

Has anyone else experienced same today? if so - are your frustration levels peaking?

Wonder if a collective of fodorites might get the administrator to re-consider the new config...

It appears to be working the same today as it has in the past for me. When I click on a link, the thread appears to the right but the remainder of the page does not refresh or change.

Every so often weird and inexplicable things happen on Fodors. They usually pass in a few hours to a few days.

Did you mean Fodor's "Editor?"

I have seen what you describe occasionally, but not today.

OK thanks - today it is back to normal.

Actually I meant "Fodors Administrator" but left out a whole bunch of letters and added in an U (a Gnu! ) it was just a balls up

Thembi,

Strange things do happen. I've just been through a few weeks of being stuffed around...I couldn't post any replies for a while, then I could post occasionally if I logged in (but not always), now I'm back to normal. I think. I find the Postal Service more reliable, though a bit slower.

See ya tomorrow.
