On-line DVD of travel pix from Israel and Petra
Hi
In early July I went with family to Israel and Jordan. As a gift to my sister and b.i.l., I had about 50 or so pictures turned into a DVD, with music, by using a company I found through a Google search. They were wonderful to work with.
If anyone is interested, the DVD is being hosted on line for a few weeks at
http://www.meaningful-memories.com/Elaine
A couple of clues to the music used
The first sequence uses the "Indiana Jones" theme, because the pix are from Petra, Jordan, where some scenes from "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" were filmed.
A few of the other songs I chose are in Hebrew. One, "David Melech", is about King David (so are the pix, one way or another) and another is called "Mayim Mayim", "mayim" being the Hebrew word for "water."
I realize the family shots aren't that interesting to strangers, but I am so happy with the DVD results that I recommend it as yet another way to preserve travel memories.

oops, forgot to add a disclaimer
3 or 4 of the photos are NOT mine, they are free 'stock' photos I found on the internet, because they were better shots then the ones I had of the same locale.
And, all the music was paid for.

the pictures can still be seen on line in the DVD format, using the website mentioned above. I'm not paying for the hosting anymore, so I noticed the music doesn't play, but you can see the pics.
