I also have migraines. At first couldn't figure what my trigger is, but seems likely that it is dehydration and hunger. I hate having to go ever so often while flying, but that's a minor inconvenience compared to nursing a migraine the whole trip.

This is a good practice, I would say. I don't suppose planes are the cleanest in the world, and I've encountered many articles before saying the same. There are even warnings about drinking coffee prepared on the plane because of concerns on the safety of the water. But that was some years ago, I am not aware if that has changed. .

A coworker flies with a full mask on as he has a fear of catching something on a plane. He showed me a picture and I would be terrified to sit next to him. I would think he had an infectious disease scary.
I still think wiping things down is something smart to do. The wipes are so dirty from what they picked up. Yes you touch it and then touch you face not realizing it. It's not fail proof but every time I forget to wipe my area down, I always end up sick. It's just something I noticed and thought worth sharing. They say the dirtiest place is actually the bins used during security so always wash your hands once you make it through.
The air pressure on airplanes can cause headaches as when it rains, it never fails, I get a headache. I think a trigger can be different for each person.
