Hotel near Lumphini Park

Will have @ 24 hrs in Bangkok before returning to US. Would like a hotel in the Lumphini Park area for @ US $75 or so a night. Would like to be close enough to walk to the Park and view morning Tai Chi, etc. activities. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

That's kind of a tall order. The Siam Heritage is in that ballpark. Another one that comes to mind is the Pinnacle Lumpini. Both will still be a bit of a walk to the park.

Also you could look at the SalaDang Apt hotel which is not too far and in your price range.

Most of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity are more expensive.

Shockingly, the Ramada, which is so run down that it's no longer a Ramada affiliate, is more than $100 a night, the Pan Pac is $140+.
