Femi: I'll ask her if she wants to come. I didn't think of it until you just mentioned it. Plus, my other friend, who was at my GTG, might also want to come. He did 3 weeks in India and has lots of info on that travel destination. And I have another close friend who did South Africa and Zimbabwe, on his own a few years ago.
The other friends did places like Mali, Senegal, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Egypt, Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and a few other places that I can't remember off the top of my head. My sister did three whole weeks traveling around Nigeria, alone, about 12 years ago and a close friend did a whole year in Nigeria. These are adventurous folks. Smiles. I know lots of folks who've done Nigeria and Ghana. Happy Travels!

Femi: Correction-My sister did 6 weeks in Nigeria and alone and during an attempted coup. Got stuck in Inugu (sp?) with no gasoline to get back to Lagos to fly home. What a mess! Smiles. Happy Travels!

Wow! Talk about intrepid! Even more amazing is you have more than 1 friend who travels that much. You are lucky to have friends who share your passion. You must have some great conversation at dinner parties.

Femi: There was always interesting conversation around the house since some of them were off on these adventures as early as the end of my junior high years. Those were family friends. Then my group of friends started taking off on their one adventures around the early to mid 70s. Happy Travels!
