LOL Furry, you're very poetic!

Each photo on the World is Round link has an individual number - it appears in the browser bar when you click on a photo. You can post the names here or send to me via e-mail and I'll update the photos. Billmelk at hotmail dot com. Appreciate the feedback. No time to dawdle this morning - I'm currently at Changi in Singapore, must head to my gate.

I loved "seeing" and "tasting" all that you described so beautifully. I admit that when I saw the title of your report I thought, "Why is she posting about Denmark in a report about Australia?" Now I know;-).

I thought wildflowers? Denmark? It's tagged Australia.
Melnq8 must be in Europe and has tagged it wrong. Turns out I'm the one who is confused.
You write so well, we are adding all these places to our list for when we get back to the west. Keep on writing and sharing, we love it.

I'm back from a three week visit to the US and I'm just now reading the latest comments. As always, I appreciate the feedback and I hope to continue writing much-too-long, much-too-detailed trip reports for our much-too-fattening travels throughout Australia.

Melnq8,
Hope the trip went well.
I am reminded of, “Use it or loose it.” It has been 14 years since I was in this area of WA and I am really struggling with the botany. I have made a start on your wild flowers but must do some real work now.
6 Leucopogon verticillatus, or Tassel flower, is the tallest epacrid in Western Australia
7 Hovea eliptica, Purple Pea or Karri Blue Bush
8 Clematis pubescens, Common Clematis
13 Diuris sp, Donkey Orchid
14 Hakea amplexicaulis, Prickly Hakea
16 Calytrix tetragona, Common Fringe-myrtle.
26 Chorizema aciculare Needle-leaved Chorizema
Regards,
Alan

I can't believe I never got around to reading this. I have now, and I'm pretty sure I gained 10 1bs as I read the food descriptions, but then walked them off with you.
I love the big Orange! Those kinds of structures completely crack me up.
I've got a bushel of Granny Smiths to can, so I will be thinking of you

If only I struggled so well! I'd be hard pressed to even spell most of those - thanks for your efforts, I'll label them once I've regained consciousness.
Canned Grannies sound good Toucan.
