3.5 Days in Niagara Falls
For a "girls only" short trip to Niagara Falls this July, what should we do (besides Maid of the Mist) and where should we eat??? We're willing to splurge a bit and want to make this a fun, memorable trip.
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

Stay at either the Niagara Fallsview Casino and Resort or Any of the Inns at Niagara on the Lake... ages may help us guide you...
Niagara Fallsview is for a gambling/spa/nightlife trip and puts you in the middle of a mix of carnival/casino in the tourist area... 20 minutes away is wine country for fine dining and vineyards...
Niagara on the Lake is laid back/spa/wine sipping with fine dining and beautiful village shopping, wandering, and some nature along the Lake, with a side trip to the Casino and tourist area...
You pick and then we can be more specific...
In either case do the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, and if adventurous, Whirlpool JetBoats (you get wet on all three)

3.5 days may be too long for NF. 1 day is usually enough. Maybe you want to go to Toronto for a couple of nights & NF for only one night? You can take the GO train from NF to Toronto.(Fri/Sat/Sun)

OB.. blinders are what horses wear to maintain a narrow view of only the track ahead of them... it prevents them from using a wider vision... in this case, millions of dollars have been spent in the Niagara region to make it more than a one day experience... beyond the classic Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, there are attractions such as the Whirlpool JetBoats, Aquarium of Niagara, Nature Center, Power Vista, Aero Car, Niagara Parkway, Butterfly Conservatory, Bird Aviary, White Water Walk, Gorge trails, Goat Island, Three Sisters Islands, Floral Clock, Imax theatre, Clifton Hill, Niagara Casino, Seneca casino,Niagara Fallsview casino, Journey Behind the Falls, Helicopter tours, 5 new world class Championship Golf Courses, MarineLand, Welland Canal, Fort George, Fort Niagara, The Shaw Festival, over 100 wineries, Niagara on the Lake, the Seaway trail, ontario botanical gardens, 4 large waterparks for the kiddies, fireworks, the 1812 war museum and trail, Niagara's fury, Legends of Adventure Theatre and staring at the Falls... hard to do in 1 day...

ok, Gary...I get it. You were being sarcastic. No need for that, really. Despite the "millions" spent, there is nothing that would keep me in Niagara Falls ( which is where the OP wants to spent 3.5 days for a "girls trip")for more than a day. She asked about NF...not the entire Niagara region.

The Niagara Break Free Escape package -- niagarabreakfree.com -- includes admission to three of Niagara's most popular attractions: The action filled Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours, the tropical Butterfly Conservatory and the high-flying Whirlpool Aero Car.
