kodi - I defer to your wisdom. The whole idea of this thread was to formulate a date that would work for the greatest number. It certainly wouldn't be the same without Moolyn. How about Saturday - on the 19 or 26 or September? The weather will likely still be lovely and warm. Certainly the fellowship and camaraderie will be warm.
Does a Friday or Sunday work better for others? I suggested a Saturday to facilitate any travel arrangements for those who might have to come a distance.

LJ it wouldn't be the same without you either. SO why donw't we aim for Sept 26.
Moolyn thanks for the generous offer. I think the same place would be just great, with coffee at your place afterwards..
Does that work for you teacher?
Moolyn is a Sat ok for you? I know usually it isn't good.

Moolyn, kodi, LJ, landineen, tedgale, Anselm, Mathieu, ahmedhaff, Elizabeth_S,goddess, sally, raquel, irecommend, lucygirl, BAK (and any others with an interest) - How does the 26th of September suit you?
Unless someone has an absolute brainwave for a different location (last year was near Front St. and Church St. in Toronto), I would love to return. I think we were well served. Thanks so much Moolyn for your kind offer.
It will be nearly impossible to find a date that suits everyone, but we can certainly make every effort to find a date that most can attend. Please check your calendars and see if Saturday, September 26 in the evening works for you and respond. If it appears to work - we can start another thread announcing a firm date and location. Thanks everyone.

tC and others, September 26th would be fine for me, and I do like the downtown location. There are lots of good hotels to choose from in the surrounding area.
Moolyn, how very kind of you to offer your place for after dinner coffee.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.

September 26 is probably good for me. I can't say for sure without my calendar in front of me but it would be unusual for me to have something booked that far ahead. And I can't imagine we'd be away since school will have started. Ya, probably. And I like the Hot House too.

Teacher, you've done such a good job here.... I'll leave it to you to start a new thread!!!
Maybe one on the US board too for any Buffalo Fodorites.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.
