I read the other guy's reply and I disagree!
I did not see the rooms, but I did check out the
beach, pool, lobby and grounds. It looked run
down to me. And although they have a swim-up
bar, the pool was too dirty to enjoy it. The
beach is very pretty. Royal Bay/Beaches Resort
on Turks & Caicos was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I liked
Turks & Caicos the best, but if you go to
Aruba, stay at the Divi Divi Hotel - all the
others are crowded and right next to each
other.

Interested in going to the Turks & Caicos last week of April, 1998. Two couples looking for a cottage or two bedroom condo or apt. to rent. Would like to be on a beach, maybe a pool etc. Looking to go as inexpensive as possible without
substituting cleanliness. Spartan is o.k. Something with a kitchen too. Thanks, Lucy
