Bahamas - Atlantis Wristbands Question

I understand that guests wear wristbands at the Atlantis. Does anyone know if childrens' wristbands are a different color than adults' wristbands? It's a long story. Thanks.
No, you get the same color wristband. We stayed at the Harborside Resort which was wonderful and were able to get the bands, different color each day and the number on them means something also. If you have any other questions e-mail me. Also they were checking everybody for bands and we saw someone get taken off the river ride because he didn't have a band on, so it looks like they are cracking down on non paying guests using the facilities.

Molly,
If you're concerned about your children charging things with the wrist band, they're not used for that .Just for ID as a guest.

Look, I stayed there for a week and NEVER wore my bracelet one time, and NOBODY said a word to me. It's just a case of being in the wrong place at the right time, or how you look, or whatever.

I say give it a shot. What are they going to do, put you in jail? Atlantis has enough money -- now try to save some of yours.

The facilities at the Atlantis are for guests of the hotel. To the previous poster, if they checked you, you had a key to the room, so no problem. Since you were there, the Atlantis is taking greater care to ensure that guests at the resort are the only ones using the facilities.

When I was there, there were very polite staff asking to see wristbands, and checking and if no wristband or key, I saw several people who were asked to leave.

Of course non guests are welcome to see some of the facilities and the casino is amazing. There are also several restaurants at the facility that would be worth a visit as well.

Have a great time in the Bahamas.

tweedy

I thought that we could charge things to the room and that was why I wanted to know if kids bracelets were the same and if they were able to also charge things to the room. So, Gail, you answered my question, even though I didn't ask it properly. We do not plan on freeloading. We will be guests. And we go tomorrow! I can't wait!

Molly,
As soon as I saw you had written "long story", I had a feeling it was about charging things to the room. Have a great time. YOu are going to LOVE the Atlantis.
