Food shopping and meal delivery in Aruba
I am planning ahead for a week with children and grandchildren in Aruba this winter. We are staying in condo-style units at Amsterdam Manor. Are there pizza and other delivery services in Aruba? How well-stocked is the supermarket? We have been to Aruba several times, but never with very young children and kitchens. I think there is an Aruba chat site, but I apparently didn't save the URL. Thanks for you help.

Go to aruba-bb.com This is the website where you can read and post questions about Aruba. I was not in the supermarkets, but I understand they are pretty well stocked. Milk is the thing that I found difficult. The milk in the hotels is warm. It is like that parmalat stuff in a box. There doesn't seem to be a lot of fresh milk around. I would ask on the forum. They will have all the answers.

Yes there are pizza and other delivery services in Aruba. The supermarkets are very well stocked. There are three large supermarkets right next to each other. You can find anything you want there. Are you planning to rent a car or van? We just returned from a three week trip to Aruba and visited the supermarkets frequently because we ate breakfast and lunch in on our patio and a few dinners in, too. Trust me, you will have no problems finding anything you want.
