Honeymoon Help for St. Lucia

I got time to plan everything because we're not getting married until 2013 and our Honeymoon might be a few months past that.

However, my fiancee and I have agreed we'd like to go somewhere that is all inclusive (all meals, drinks, etc.) and that we could also venture off.

From brochures and internet sites we both liked Sandals. I've even found one I think would be nice in the Sandals La Toc resort. But reading reviews from others here, they don't seem to be high on Sandals. And I can't seem to find anything on the La Toc resort. Can someone fill me in on this resort and if you've been there and other resorts in the area what your take is? Any and all information will be helpful.

Neither one of us have ever done this and we figure AI is the way to go, especially if we just want to hang out by the pool all day one day.

I would stay at the Sandals Grande way over La Toc....Sandals Regency is up a hill...We went there for a day, and I just didn't like it as much at all. The Grande is in a great location, the beach is really nice - there is a national park you can hike too and you can go to all 3 Sandals if you want to.
