This will be the first family vacation in 3 years with our 3 adult children ages 19, 23 & 25 plus a friend or two. Departing from Philadelphia or Newark in Mid-May. 7-8 Days. Interested in Snorkeling, Hiking, Kayaking, perhaps a little local culture &/or Nightlife, and of course sitting on a beautiful beach with a tropical drink is a given. Golf would be wonderful but not required. Spa would be a bonus. Not Bermuda or Bahamas as we've already been there. Since there may be as many as 7 of us going, we'll need either an all-inclusive or perhaps a condo with 3 bedrooms on a resort property. Would prefer not to have to rent a car. Got any recommendations regarding which Island, and which resort? Thank you! (Airfare Budget $350-$450 per person. Hotel Budget around $500/room/night)?

Your per person airfare budget is going to limit your destination choices most likely to Cancun, Cozumel, Dominican Republic and Jamaica. Fortunately, those places also have an abundance of All Inclusive resorts so you might want to concentrate your search to those locales.

Look into a condo in the Playa del Carmen area.
Plenty to do there...snorkel in a cenote, explore ruins, zip line, etc. or just relax at the pool or beach.

St. John USVI has very good snorkeling, hiking, nightlife in Cruz Bay, no golf though. We love it there. Plugged in 5/9 with 5/16 return to STT from JFK and see American non-stops for $326.00 each.
