Mexico - Maya Riviera
My husband & I are 35 and we need some advice on which of these ALL-INCLUSIVES are the best...we really want the best beach:
Iberostar Paraiso Lindo
Iberostar Tucan
Secrets Capri
Rui Palace Mexico
We don't have kids & don't mind if there are kids at the resort. All of these resorts have won for 2006 Travelers' Choice but have heard Maroma is the best beach in Mexico (I believe its closest to the Lindo but not sure).
THANKS A MILLION!

Iberostar Tucan
Secrets Capri

Secrets Capri is the only adults only you listed. I stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso and loved it, but there will be children around. I haven't been to Secrets, but from what I've read, I don't think the beach is as good as the Lindo. The IB Tucan supposedly has a nicer beach than Lindo, but the resort isn't as upscale as Lindo...ie: at Lindo you can eat ala carte dinners every night, at Tucan only three times a week. Lindo all restaurants are air contioned---Tucan not. Go to this site for great information:

I would choose Secrets. The resort is romantic and the service there outranks the other resorts. I would second with the Tucan because they have a good beach and the resort is a nice resort and the service is good but the service is not quite as good as Secrets. Also one of the reason I like Secrets is because they dont have set dinner times like some of the other resorts.

You might want to check out the Royal Playa Del Carmen (formerly Royal Porto Real). They recently went adults only (no children under 14). They are right on the beach in Playa so you can just walk down the street for Playa night life and shopping.
