Barbados is quite nice and safe to wander around on your own during the daytime. Almond Beach Club does have slow service and you must walk about 50 feet down the beach to be on the sand. Food might have improved since we were there 3 years ago. Lovely place otherwise, tho. Sandals anywhere is great. Had friends who travel a lot stay at the St. Lucia larger Sandals and they said it was the best they've ever been to. We have only been to the Royal Carribean Sandals and the Montego Bay Sandals and I know what the others say about not feeling safe off the resort. Good Luck and have FUN!

You can't beat any Sandals resort. Your money goes far and worth every penny. Great resort, great people no matter which Sandals you stay at. If you are looking for an ALL INCLUSIVE (which it is) Sandals is the place. All ages (couples only). Magificent honeymoon ro 2nd honeymoon place. It can be your best vacation! If you want to participate in activities, you can be busy all the time...if you don't, you can sit back and watch or enjoy the beach. They certainly give you your money's worth. Great resort, great food. You can't help but enjoy. We have been to numerous places since a Sandals resort, some all inclusive, some not. Nothing has compared since. Aruba is the closest so far. (Hyatt Regency). Good luck

Without a doubt,BERMUDA is the most romantic honeymoon spot I can think of. The Southhampton Princess is a fabulous property. ItI


has a magnificent beach area and first class restaurants. My Favorite is the Waterlot Inn. Nothing can beat the English charm, the setting and of course the motorcycle rides for two.
