Weather looks terrible for my vacation!

Hi guys,
I have been browsing weather sites for T&C (Provo) and it looks crappy!
We will be arriving in Provo at about 12:45 p.m. Sunday, and according to the weather forcasts, this is the only day with sun!!?!??
Now, I have read posts here that say the forcasts are not very accurate.
Should I worry about the weather? Or is it typical for 10-20 minutes of rain and then the sun comes out? I could deal with this...As long as we are able to get some beach time in everyday, I will be happy.
Anyone in Provo that can assist with this?
Or anyone who is familiar with Provo's weather (rain) patterns?
PLease reassure me!
Thanks,
Denise

Denise Don't worry---
you can do a great search
www.google.com
do web search for "turks and caicos weather", you will get a list of weather sites, take your pick!!!
then type in "turks and caicos web cam" for web search and you can actually see whats going on at resorts updated every 20 seconds.
Have a great trip! Don't worry about the weather, that's one thing we cannot control, just have a safe happy vacation.

Denise,
In the past I have looked up the weather before leaving for vacation and when it was not a positive report
I was a little upset but you can not control the weather. Several times I was pleasently surprised to find that the reports were not accurate. Also partly cloudy is a perfect beach day in the caribbean. I stopped checking
the weather reports !

Thanks, Kathleen and ML. I decided to just go with the flow and keep my fingers crossed! I agree that there is no sense in worrying; we can't do anything about mother nature! I am so excited to go!
And to anonymous....I laughed when I read your reply. Jealous much? LMAO
Denise

Denise,
Want to hear about your trip when you return! We have not been there yet and I could not decide between Anguilla or T&C. We will be going to Anguilla in November, but will most likely go to T&C next trip. Have Fun.

Denise, I suspect there will be someone out there on the net that can change the weather for you.

Denise, we were on Provo end of May and had 8 days of cloudy skies. Check
www.weatherunderground.com for the best forecast. Not much to do, just relax and drink some rum. Have fun!

My wife and I went to Anguilla this past June and stayed at Cap Juluca. It was absolutely fabulous. The most beautiful beaches and friendliest people I've ever encountered. The best beach is Shoal Bay-East which is a short drive away from CJ. Looking at the pictures of T&C, the look like those in Anguilla. If we don't return to Anguilla next year, we'll go to T&C and probably stay at Coral Gardens.

Weather in TCI can be iffy in fall. We have been 95 and 98 in mid-October, had great weather, last year in late October, early November had lousy weeather-constant rain. Early December one year had good weather. No rhyme or reason. Bring lots of books just in case!
