Where to go January beach bachelorette?
I am not having much luck while searching for a beach destination for my friends bachelorette in January. Her only real request is that it is in January and on a beach. She would like all inclusive but doesn't have to be. We originally were thinking Mexico but she is concerned the avg weather temps are low 70s. her parents went last January and said it was chilly/rainy. Any suggestions are appreciated!

What kind of budget for airfare, accommodations, food (if not AI) and activities do you have?
How long a trip are you planning.
Where are you flying from?
How long are you willing to travel to reach your destination?
The answers will have a big impact on recommendations.
FYI - destinations from Puerto Rico and south will generally have daytime temps in the low to mid-80's F.

We are flying from NYC metro area... Most likely 3-4 nights. Price we are flexible but hoping to keep it $1500 and under per person. We are not as worried about price as we are weather. Travel time I would say under 5 hours would be ideal since we are going for a short amount of time.

Dominican Republic has an abundance of AI (some call it the AI capital of the Caribbean) in all price ranges. Flight time from NYC is under 4 hours and lots of airline competition results in lower fares. Far enough south to ensure warm temperatures in January. Your $1,500 per person all in budget for 3 or 4 nights is more than adequate to get you very nice accommodations.

Where did her parents go? Mexico is a HUGE country. I know Puerto Vallarta has nice weather in January.
Or how about Negril Jamaica? That's a fun spot for a party!

They went to cancun and said it rained a good portion of the time that they were there. We are most concerned with weather in January and a place to party... price/accommodations I will figure out. Any other January Caribbean destination recommendations are greatly appreciated! I was thinking DR and Jamaica as well but still wasn't sure about weather... I guess there's never really a guarantee!

Puerto Vallarta is a great place to party with reasonably priced accomodations and good weather in January if you decide to give Mexico another look.
I already mentioned Negril Jamaica.
Those are my two best ideas!
