Wow! If you want to go to Stockholm this is the time to do it in Jan Feb on Air Malaysia through Cheap Tickets. Saw this on Travelzoo.

You can also get budget flights (although not usually as cheap as from other cities) from cities in Sweden to elsewhere, including some lighter, warmer spots in southern Europe. http://www.whichbudget.com
