Air Fare to London in July?
Maybe wait another few weeks and see if any specials come up. Travel agents say flights are scarce this year, fares are really high, and airlines aren't going to offer that many specials. But you never know.

Hi:
I am flying to London in June and I am having the same problem. But a few people on this site gave me a good link that I check every day so I thought I would pass it along. I think(I hope) the closer we get to March, deals will start popping up. Here's the link & good luck!

One problem you face is there were HUGE sales late last year for travel to London all the way through summer. So a lot more seats than usual are already booked up. But waiting a little longer probably can't hurt. Another sale might pop up.
Be sure to sign up for all the airline fare alerts . . . .

The most inexpensive fare to Europe out of Chicago that is not a "sale" fare is ORD-AMS on Kuwait Air. I believe they fly on Mondays and Thursdays. Current fare for July is $451r/t+taxes and fee. Do a search on Travelocity for "best fares" then narrow it down to months you plan on traveling and this fare should pop up. Whether or not this would fit your itinerary is another matter. I am sure you could catch a cheap flight from AMS-LON (www.whichbudget.com)
