Any hotel recommendations for five days in Istanbul?

Any hotel recommendations for five days in Istanbul?
We are going to Istanbul end of October for five days. What is the temperature around that time and do you know of a nice three star hotel with breakfast?

We liked Hotel Ottoman Imperial located near the Hagia Sophia. The hotel is at least a three star if not four star rating. Breakfast is good (buffet & included) and if you plan to stay three nights or more they will arrange to pick you up at the airport. Can't predict the weather as we were there in late May.

Tash Konak.. they have a shuttle from the airport, a discount if you pay cash, a very good breakfast and are in the Sulthanahmet area. Very convenient, clean and in a historic Ottoman house.
We stayed in a room just below grade and it was so quiet, cool and squeaky clean. Hardwood floors and very nice sized bathroom.!! Staff is very helpful also. we looked at a new hotel across the street while there and might give it a try if we go back but I believe it would be more expensive..Almina Hotel. the card I got from them offered 15% off internet rates if booked directly..Don't know if it still applies..Ask for any and all discounts..ie..pay for 3 get 4 or something like that.

We liked the Hali hotel with its view of the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia from its breakfast terrace.
