I'm planning a trip to Barcelona for April/May 2010. I have found a few apartment rentals online and wonder if anyone has previously rented an apartment through either of these agencies:

BarcelonaForrentApartments - www.barcelonaforrent,com

or

Aspasios - www, espacios.com

I would like to know if they are reliable and responsive.

I would hate to show up and find that the apartment was not available for us or was not as promised.

Also, with a long term rental, it would be nice to know that the agency is responsive if something needs repairing during our stay.

Both agencies are reliable, they belong to Apartur, the trade association, as far as I know.
So does Barcelona On Line, http:www.barcelona-on-line.es in business since 1996.

This is a great apartment in the Born Area of Barcelona. We have stayed there the last two years and Habitat apartments have been great to deal with.

Many posters here have rented through Habitat Apartments. Do a search here and you'll find lots of positive comments. The Agency is reputable and easy to deal with.

For the past two years have rented from www.homeaway.com. The apts have been great, lived up to the photos and expectations. Had been in contact with the apt owners and they have been warm, friendly, accommodation, helpful and we love staying in apts. Enjoy. jk
