Best airline between Dublin and London
What is the best airline to use to travel between Dublin and London? We are staying at the Waldorf Hilton in London (using hotel points).
British Midland Interational (BMI)
Aer Lingus
Air France (operated by City Jet)
Thanks in advance!

If costs are an issue, you have three variables:
1) How much does the ticket cost?
2) How much are "extras" like checked luggage?
3) How much does it cost to get from each London airport to central London?
If costs are not an issue, I'd fly into London City (if possible), and take a cab.

If it costs the same (or close), I'd go with City Jet into London City. It will simply be a more convenient experience than going through Heathrow or Gatwick. A cab would be easiest, or take the DLR to the Circle/District to Temple.

I see the Ryanair any publicity is good publicity stand works. Personally I have used Ryanair (O'Leary's taxi) several times a year for many years without a problem.
You just have to stick to the rules and consider it as a flying bus trip. Under £30 from London to Dublin then Shannon to many European airports booked on a pre pay master card (which anyone can get for under £10)carrying hand baggage is lets face it unbeatable on price! There will be no coin slot toilets or standing room only allocation in anything other than the minds of those who believe everything in the press is true!
(I hear Santa got an ASBO for mugging the tooth fairy!)
Aer Arann Fly from Southend an hours train ride out of central London to both Waterford and Galway so that's another option?

Glad to hear Ryanair works for some. I'll avoid them like the plague after twice being let down. Flight from Granada late at night cancelled without notice. Flight home another time took us to Liverpool John Lennon- not very handy when you left your car at London Stansted.
