Booking croatia airlines flights online
I am a bit confused about booking flights on croatiaairlines.com. The prices for flights within croatia are much cheaper than travelocity, etc. However, while I am able to get a confirmation number, etc, the website does not allow you to pay online. It says I have to pick up the tickets in croatia (I am in New York City). Am I missing something? Has anyone else done this? Thanks.

Try Atlas Travel Agency, http://www.atlas-croatia.com/en
We encountered the same problem trying to purchase tickets from the croatia airlines website. They expect you to pick up the tickets in Croatia within three days of purchase. We're also in NY, and contacted a couple of travel agents here, but the prices they quoted us to fly from Zagreb to Dubrovnik were at least twice those listed on croatia airlines' site.
Atlas really came through. They purchased the tickets without any additional fees, and they'll keep the tickets in their office until we arrive in Zagreb in May.

I have received flight passes from www.europebyair.com for flights in Croatia. They send the passes in advance and the flights are very inexpensive. You should take a look at the website.

Aren't all europebyair flights $99 dollars? Flights within Croatia that are purchased within Croatia are about a third of that. Ergo, I need to be in Croatia either in person or by proxy.

Do you know where/when/how you’re getting your tickets while in Zagreb? Do they have an office in the airport? If not, do you have an address? Open hours?
Like everybody else, I seem to have the same problem with the tickets.

Croatia Airlines has just put in online payment on their web site. At the end of last week I was able to book and pay online for a flight within Croatia, and instructed to pick up my tickets at the airport in Dubrovnik just before my flight. Check back in June and I'll let you know if the ticket was actually there waiting for me! Cancel your existing reservation and try it again........
