Cassis hotels- need help finding good one

Hello-
I am thinking of spending 1 night in Cassis and have been emailing hotels. The only one that has availability is Royal Cottage Hotel. Anyone know anything about it. Mohagany Hotel has not responded and I have heard no availability from Roches Blanches and minimum 2 night stay at Hotel Cassis.

If you've found only one hotel with availability, better book it right away. Then you can try finding alternatives and still be sure of having a bed when youneed it.

I am planning on reserving this hotel, but know nothing about it. Anyone know of any clean but 100E or less hotels in Cassis of the surrounding areas that the can recommend. Someone had said they stayed in Gemenos but where?
Thanks!

We stayed at Hotel La Rade, just a few minutes walk from the port. It is a 3* hotel with pool. Rooms are basic (meaning small) but clean. Bathroom is clean and nice. They have a 4-5 car parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or 2-day stays.

THE hotel in Gemenos is the Relais de la Magdeleine, but I suspect that by now it would be over your budget. Lovely hotel, however, with an oversized outdoor chess set next to the pretty pool.

Hi travelgirl: I didn't give you the name of the hotel in Gemenos because it is more than your budget allows. The hotel is the Relais de la Magdeleine. There are a variety of rooms at various prices- I think ours is around 240E but that includes breakfast and dinner for 2 each day. Without the meals, I'm guessing that the cheapest room is about 125E. It doesn't hurt to check it out.
