Charles de Gaulle to Gare Lyon
How long does it take to get from CDG to Gare Lyon, and what is the fastest method to do this?
Also, another question: I fly back to US on 5-27-06 out of CDG, at 11 am. What is the fastest way to get from Dijon to Paris that morning? Is it possible or should I stay in Paris that night?

I don't know which would be the fastest, if I had to bet, I'd probably think the three major ones I can think of would be around the same time -- RER vs. Air France bus vs. private taxi. I'd count on 45 min to an hour.
I don't see how in the world you could stay in Dijon and get to CDG for an 11 am international flight, which means getting to the airport around 8-8:30 at least. Well, in reality, you probably could if the train leaves on time and you don't mind cutting things short at the airport, because there is a TGV from Dijon to CDG which takes about 2 hrs -- so if you left the train station at 6:30 you'd get there around 8:30. I think that's about the earliest train, but you'd have to check the schedule. That would be the fastest way unless you have wings.

I am in Dijon right now (at Coco's flat and it is wonderful) I decided to take AF bus, which is called the Cars. It did not take long at all, less than an hour for 12 euro. The problem was finding the bus stop because I had not done this before.(been using RER in the past) It was nice because it takes you to the front of the gare with few steps to navigate. However, you might want to consider coming back to Paris the night before. Even though the train is very punctual, the shuttle between the gare and CDG is ...out of your control.

There is a direct TGV leaving Dijon at 06:30 and arriving at CDG at 08:21.
You asked about how to get to Gare de Lyon from CDG. As mentioned by others, there is an Air France bus that goes directly from CDG to Gare de Lyon. Buses run every 30 minutes and take about an hour. For much more frequent service and a bit less expense, you could take the RER B from CDG to Chatelet Les Halles and transfer there to either the RER A or D to Gare de Lyon. The trip would take under an hour.
