Can anyone tell me what the climate is like in Rome in late July? I've been told the temperature often reaches 100F. Is this true? Thanks.

It is quite hot - between 90-100 degrees. It took a bit of getting used to but it wasn't awful, its a dry heat so it is much more comfortable than if it were a humid heat.

Rome weather in Summer depends upon your persepctive. <BR><BR>If you're from Minnesota or Wisconsin where you get about three days of Summer, then you'll have a problem.<BR><BR>If you live in Texas, as I do, then those temperatures pass for a cold front in August;~))<BR><BR>US
