Corridas (bullfights) in April

Does anyone know where I can catch a bullfight in Spain between April 11 and May 3? I will be visiting Madrid, Cuenca, Valencia, Mallorca, Alicante, Almeria, Nerja, Malaga - in that order.

In the website www.ticketstoros.com you can have info on forthcoming bullfights in the next weeks, in several important capitals. Not with much advance, but it is something. During your stay, just ask the hotel clerks. Season begins with the Valencia Fallas, around next March 19.

Looks like there are no bullfights in Madrid on April 15 or in Valencia on April 22. I'm very disappointed.

April is the Sevilla Feria, but of course there are bullfights in Madrid on the 15th and 22nd.

Novillos de Bucaré para A.L. Carmona, Iker Cobo y Valentín Mingo.

22 de Abril. 18:00
Novillos de Hnos. Domínguez Camacho para Javier de la Concha, Sergio del Valle y Antonio Chacón.

Thanks Robert.
"Novillos" means apprentices or something similar, if my memory serves? What exactly does that entail? (no pun intended)

Smaller bulls and fighters who are not yet full matadors. Hemingway thought they were a good introduction to the corrida.

Novillos are the younger bulls, less than four years of age. It has nothing to do with the matadors.

You can check the matadors who will be fighting at http://www.portaltaurino.com

The matador Antonio Chacón made his debut in Lodosa (Navarra), on 31 July 2002 when he was 16 years old.
