Good Friday in Venice

We will be in Venice for a few days in Early April. These days include Holy Thursday and Good Friday. Although Good Friday is not a national holiday, I know from my Catholic background what an important day it is for the religion. Will tourist spots, restaurants, etc all be open on Good Friday? How about the shops, museum, demonstrations, etc on Murano? Any precautions we need to take for planning purposes due to the religious days (other than increase cost and crowds for the holiday weekend)

Thanks in advance!
