I agree with brotherleelove. Your question is sort of like asking, "Which state should I visit?" without telling us more of what you are looking for. We are always happy to help, but please give us a bit more to go on.

my interests are beaches, hiking, history, the people and culture of the island. I've checked the northern aegean islands: lesvos and samos and the cyclades: santorini, sifnos, and mykonos.

Santorini has a couple of hiking trails; one between Fira and Oia, the other between Perissa Beach and Kamari Beach with a stop at Ancient Thera on the way. If it's open, the archaeological site of Akrotiri is very interesting.
Fira, the main village, has lots of nightlife. The most beautiful village is Oia.
Myknonos is a very popular island with lots of European tour companies booking charter flight/hotel packages there. The beaches are better than on Santorini.

I went to the Greek Islands at that time of year and it was great. Keep in mind though that it is definitely the very end of the season. I got the feeling that they were all going to pack up and head to Athens for the winter right after I left. I think you could get some good bargains though as a result. I would also add there was some fog and it was a bit cool at that time of year, especially on Santorini.
