Hotel du Lac or Hotel Bellagio?

Looking to stay in Bellagio in mid-September for 4 nights. Would like a hotel in the centre of town with view rooms, air conditioning and a carpark. Hotel du Lac fits the bill except I do wonder about the noise & activity being so near the ferry dock? I am considering the Hotel Bellagio but I have not seen any recent comments about it, although it is rated #1 B&B on TripAdvisor. I'd appreciate any feedback or comments about the Hotel Bellagio or the Hotel du Lac. Thanks!

Do you mean the Hotel Centrale Bellagio? It doesn't seem like it would have lake views. Consider the Hotel Belvedere. I rejected it because it wasn't inside the town. Kicked myself afterwards. Bellagio's a small place and the Belvedere's right on the edge of town with magnificent views. And it has room for cars.

Stayed at the Hotel Bellagio last year. Very nice 2 star property owned by the Hotel du Lac. Most of the rooms have great views of Lake Como as the hotel is a few steps up from the piazza. Hotel was totally renovated with new baths, a/c, etc. We would happily stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel du Lac a few years ago and loved it. We had a wonderful view of the lake. Noise from the street or ferry was not an issue.
