Hotels around Piazza Navona?

I've heard about Hotel Rafael, are there any other nice hotels around Piazza Navona? Thanks.

Two alternatives to the Raphael; both are a few minutes walk from Navona:

Last time I was in Rome, about two years ago, I stayed at the Senato and was very pleased. But there are MANY less expensive options...

This hotel is in a good location between the Spanish Steps and the Navona area...

I loved the location of the Hotel Nazionale; on a pedestrian area on a beautiful plaza, priceless when it comes to Rome as noise levels are minimized (as best you can for Rome....), very close to Piazza Navona, I stayed once at Hotel Genio, two blocks from Piazza Navona. Not sure I would recommend it; a bit noisy, breakfast was so-so, staff was a bit rude, it was not cheap and not worth the price either...What time of the year are you planning to go?

My husband and I were in Rome in October and stayed at the Navona Garden Suites at the Teatro Pace apartment and loved it. Perfect location and can walk to everything except the Borghese Gallery. Owner, american, will take you for a walk tour of the neighborhood to acquaint you to what is available. Accomodations were great especially the king size bed imported from the states.

Try tripadvisor to locate a hotel in Rome in the area you want to be.All the reviews and prices are there.I always use tripadvisor to find hotels in Europe and in the USA.

Hotel Nazionale de Montecitorio does indeed have a great location, and because it is on the same piazza as the Italian Parliament, it is very safe and well guarded.

It may be too late for May, but they offer some rooms at a 3 nights for the price of two deal over the weekend. Nice hotel, great service. I have had clients there and they loved it.

Vardon, we have booked the Da Vinci suite for our trip in May and just wanted to find out how large the rooms are. How is the location? Did you mostly walk to most of the sights? I know it is owned by an American, did you contact him on a US number? Any other information you can share about the place would be great! Thanks.
